ACT Masters Men Season

There are four parts to the Men's Masters football seasons:

Winter Intraclub games

AFL Masters National Carnival​

Winter Intraclub Games
Due to the limited number of players in the ACT there is not a competition. A program of fortnightly games is scheduled for member's who can attend. Teams are selected based on those who attend. ​
​
In addition to the Intraclub games there are mini carnivals (1 day round robin games) by the ACT and NSW teams (Newcastle, McArthur, etc) as well as some other games against Murray Crays (Wodonga, 2 games per years one in Wodonga and one in Canberra).

Summer Football Games
Summer Football is a football for fun concept, no rough play, no tackling, etc.​ Games are held on Sunday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.

Heart, Mind & Soul Games
​Heart, Mind & Soul is a competition for for 35+ players just one step away from full blown ACTAFL. This is the stepping stone into the full Masters games. There are 5 teams contesting these games:

Woden Blues

Western Creek

AFL Masters National Carnival
Each ​year a National Carnival for AFL Masters is held at a different location around Australia. This competition is for Men and Women of all ages, division are 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+ and 65+.

ACT Masters Womens Season
Women’s AFL Masters is one of the fastest growing sections of the ACT. It is open to all Women over 35, no matter the experience level. Join a fun group of supportive people and participate.

ACT Masters Women participate in the Men's Intraclub and Summer Football for Fun as well as their own games.
